Responsibilities
- Implement retrieval and agent workflows
- Define eval sets and safety thresholds
- Partner with product on clinical/privacy constraints
- Document model cards and rollback plans
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG
- Python or TypeScript for production services
- Understanding of evals, guardrails, and cost controls
- HIPAA or regulated-domain experience is a plus
